How the Flat-rate Works

Understand in minutes the solidarity system giving you free care with no upfront payment.
How does the flat-rate work?
Maison Médicale Parc Astrid is funded by your health insurer through a monthly flat-rate system. You pay nothing during consultations with our GPs and nurses. The insurer transfers a fixed amount each month directly to the practice to cover your care.
Flat-rate registration
Registration is free but required to benefit from free care. You sign a contract linking us with your insurer. Bring your eID and recent insurance stickers.
Important conditions
- ✅ You commit to consulting EXCLUSIVELY the GPs and nurses of Maison Médicale Parc Astrid.
- ❌ Outside GPs/nurses are not reimbursed (except justified emergency or specialist).
- 🏥 Specialist consultations remain free and normally reimbursed.
- 🚨 For life-threatening emergencies, call 112.
What is covered
- All GP consultations (office and justified home visits)
- All nursing care at home and in the practice
- Physiotherapy on medical prescription
- Coordinated multidisciplinary follow-up by your GP
