• Medical data: only via healthcare professionals, under medical secrecy.
• Navigation: cookies, IP, pages visited (statistics).

Data are kept only as long as necessary and per law (medical records: 30 years after last contact).

Data are securely stored and only accessible by authorised caregivers.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregated audience measurement and Meta Pixel (Facebook) to evaluate our communication campaigns. These tools set third-party cookies, without ever collecting medical data.

In line with the GDPR and the ePrivacy directive, these cookies are only activated after your explicit consent collected via the banner. Without consent, GA4 runs in anonymous mode (Consent Mode v2): only aggregated signals, no cookie or identifier.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to anonymously and aggregately analyze visitor behaviour (heatmaps, anonymized session replays) to improve user experience. Microsoft Clarity does not store identifiable personal information and automatically masks sensitive form fields. Learn more: https://clarity.microsoft.com/privacy. This tool is only activated after your consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting our site's cookies in your browser settings (« Privacy » or « Cookies » section).

Our mole-screening tool sends a skin photo to our AI provider (Lovable AI Gateway, Google Gemini model) for ABCDE-based guidance. The image is analyzed then deleted. MMPA retains no copy of the image or the result.

The AI provider may keep operational logs for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention. No identifying data (name, email, patient ID) is attached to the image.

WhatsApp registration: when you use the « Quick registration via WhatsApp » form on the new patient page, you voluntarily send your last name, first name and date of birth via your own WhatsApp account to our professional number +32 478 50 07 77. The message transits via WhatsApp servers (Meta) according to their privacy policy. We retain this information in our WhatsApp Business app for the time needed to contact you, then transfer it to your secure medical record.

Callback request: when you use the « Call me back first to discuss » button on the new patient page, your data (last name, first name, phone, optional date of birth) is recorded in our secure database with the « info request » marker. An email is sent to info@mediparcastrid.be to trigger the callback within 24 business hours. Optionally, you can also notify our team via WhatsApp for faster contact. This data is deleted after processing (within 30 days).
