Data are kept only as long as necessary and per law (medical records: 30 years after last contact).

9. Cookies and trackers

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregated audience measurement and Meta Pixel (Facebook) to evaluate our communication campaigns. These tools set third-party cookies, without ever collecting medical data.

In line with the GDPR and the ePrivacy directive, these cookies are only activated after your explicit consent collected via the banner. Without consent, GA4 runs in anonymous mode (Consent Mode v2): only aggregated signals, no cookie or identifier.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to anonymously and aggregately analyze visitor behaviour (heatmaps, anonymized session replays) to improve user experience. Microsoft Clarity does not store identifiable personal information and automatically masks sensitive form fields. Learn more: https://clarity.microsoft.com/privacy. This tool is only activated after your consent.

10. "AI Mole Screening" tool

Our mole-screening tool sends a skin photo to our AI provider (Lovable AI Gateway, Google Gemini model) for ABCDE-based guidance. The image is analyzed then deleted. MMPA retains no copy of the image or the result.

The AI provider may keep operational logs for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention. No identifying data (name, email, patient ID) is attached to the image.
