About the PHQ-9
The PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire-9) is an international reference tool developed by Kroenke, Spitzer and Williams (J Gen Intern Med 2001;16:606-613). It is widely used in primary care for depression screening. This tool is anonymous: no answers are stored.
